Leather straps are very durable. They are a great way to add life to boring walls & help keep your home, office, or craft space organized and clean. They can be used in a wide variety of ways, you can use just one as a towel hanger in the kitchen or bathroom. Use two of them spaced apart with a dowel, driftwood, or tree branch looped inside to hang larger items like towels, fabric storage, or even use as a curtain rod hanger.

► ABOUT OUR LEATHER

All cowhides used in our designs are high-quality genuine leather that is responsibly sourced by-products of the beef industry. We thoughtfully source materials from a local vendor that aligns with the same ethical & environmentally-friendly mindset as we do.

○ Nicotine, Walnut, Wine, Chocolate, Mahogany & Black is a full Aniline Leather. This means that it is dyed exclusively with water-soluble dyes resulting in a finish that retains the hide's natural surface. The thickness of this leather can vary from 2 - 2.2 mm.

○ Veg-Tan leather is 100% Vegetable Tanned. This is the most eco-friendly tanning method & uses no dyes, leaving the leather its natural color. Veg-Tan will patina over time (see our color chart in the listing photos) and shows traces of exposure to elements such as body oils, dirt, scrapes, heat, sunlight, and moisture making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. The thickness of this leather can vary from 1.2 – 1.6 mm and has a rigid nature.

Our best efforts are made to ensure that our leather is portrayed as life-like as possible however, actual colors & textures may vary due to the natural tanning process. When ordering multiple pieces it is best to do so all at once as we handpick matching leathers for you.
